This cosy and modern 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Calle de la Palma. The property has an open plan living room and kitchen where the 2 areas are separated by a useful bar and some stools. The living room has a comfy couch, a small TV and a stylish wooden shelving unit while the kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals.

Malasaña is one of Madrid's most popular areas and living here you will always have plenty of fun and exciting things to do right on your doorstep. The area is home to a variety of trendy restaurants, cool boutiques and vibrants nightclubs while being right in the center of Madrid and close to some of the city's most famous sights. You can do your shopping at the nearby supermarket or natural food store and whenever you want to connect with the rest of Madrid there are many well-served metro stations close by.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen/living room has a useful bar where you can enjoy your meals.
  • The bedroom is nice and quiet as it faces the interior patio.
  • The bathroom is fresh and has beautiful blue tiling.
  • The location is excellent. Living here you will be in a trendy neighbourhood right in the heart of Madrid.
