Excelente apartamento de 1 dormitorio ubicado en una planta baja. Dispone de cómodo salón-comedor, dormitorio colorido, cocina compacta y baño recién reformado con plato de ducha.
Se encuentra en Palacio, Centro. Tiene las estaciones Plaza de España (líneas 3 y 10) a 200m, Santo Domingo (línea 2) a 300m, Callao (línea 5) a 500m y Príncipe Pío (líneas 6 y 10) a 850m. Tiene también la Plaza de España a 200m, el Templo de Debod a 900m y el Palacio Real a 950m.
