This 50 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in a historical building in Madrid Centro. The biggest rooms are the bedroom and living room. The living room has a couch, round dining table, and a TV. There is a small kitchen corner, but it comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a meal. There is a large bathroom where you will find the washing machine.

The apartment is located on Calle de Fomento which provides the perfect balance of central yet quiet. The street is calm and residential, but you are just 1 minute away from the start of the famous Gran Vía, lined with shops, bars, and theaters. You are also less than 15 minutes to Puerta del Sol.

What we liked the most

  • The living room is a big space with plenty of seating and extra storage space.
  • You are on a quiet street, but a short walk from all Madrid's lively shopping streets and plazas.
  • Being so central means you can walk almost everywhere, but you also have 2 metro stops close by.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is currently under construction, which may cause some noise.
  • The bedroom is interior and is a bit dark.
