Situado estratégicamente en la confluencia de la calle de la Princesa con Plaza de España y la Gran Vía, este luminoso apartamento se compone de un amplio dormitorio con grandes armarios empotrados que proporcionan mucha capacidad de almacenaje, un baño completo con cabina de ducha y un salón amplio y muy luminoso, con unos ventanales que proporcionan una vista panorámica sobre Madrid y sus parques. Es también el punto de inicio de unos itinerarios peatonales nexo entre el Palacio Real, los Jardines de Sabatini, el Campo del Moro, la Casa de Campo y Madrid Río.
Excelente ubicación y conexión con línea de metro Plaza de España en la puerta (líneas 2,3 y 10) y numerosas líneas de autobuses que comunican con toda la ciudad.
