La vivienda se sitúa en el casco histórico, en una zona peatonal y dispone de un patio/terraza exclusiva para la vivienda para disfrutar del buen tiempo de Madrid. Está muy bien conectada con transporte público ya que el metro se encuentra apenas a menos de cinco minutos caminando, la línea diez de metro (estación Fuencarral). También existen muchos autobuses con conexión a Plaza Castilla, Chamartín, etc. El barrio cuenta con muchos supermercados a menos de cinco minutos (Mercadona, Día, Lidl, etc), farmacias y restaurantes.
