Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) Practical apartment located in La Latina neighborhood, which has all the basic equipment to move in. Decorated with a sober and modern style, when entering the distribution consists of a living room with TV to enjoy your favorite programming. This flexible space is transformed into a rest area thanks to the folding bed where you can rest comfortably. The practical kitchen is integrated into the space and is fully equipped with all the high-end appliances needed to cook at home. The bathroom is complete and has a shower. The apartment has a laundry area, and has been equipped with air conditioning and heating.

This is one of the most sought after neighbourhoods in Madrid due to its lively atmosphere, and for the wide range of activities on offer in the surrounding area.
The flat is located surrounded by green areas, where you will be able to do outdoor activities from walks to sports, having just across the street the Cerro Almodovar Park.
