Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) This modern 50m2 apartment has a privileged location and is completely ready to move in. It is a cozy duplex that has been decorated with style. On the second floor we find the living room and next to it, the impeccable kitchen, which has a bar and high chairs to use as a dining space. The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, from ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave to the indispensable to start every morning: coffee maker and toaster. On the upper floor, the sleeping area is located with a double bed and a spacious built-in closet. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
The neighborhood: This is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Madrid due to its lively atmosphere, and for the wide range of activities offered in its surroundings. The apartment is located surrounded by green areas, where you can enjoy outdoor activities such as walks and sports. In addition, a few blocks away you will find tourist attractions such as the Plaza Mayor, the imposing Royal Palace and the popular Rastro of Madrid. A 6 minute walk from the station "La Latina"(5)
