This apartment is located very close to public transport to access the rest of the city, and Eva Duarte Park is just a 6-minute walk away. You will also find several shops nearby, including 2 supermarkets within a 5-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- The living room has 2 large windows to the interior patio which provide excellent natural light.
- There is a desk and chair in the living area, perfect for students.
- Ventas station is very close to the apartment.
- There is an extendable dining table in the living area.
- The wardrobe doors in the bedroom have large full-length mirrors.
- There are 2 sets of shelves in the living area providing extra storage space.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is a little small but it has all the essentials and plenty of storage space.
