This 32 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in the posh neighborhood of Salamanca. The apartment is small but well-furnished,and equipped with modern amenities. There is wood flooring and colorful artwork on the walls. The kitchen and living room are connected, separated by a breakfast bar, creating a bright and open space. The bedroom is en-suite and has plenty of storage space.
Salamanca is an upscale neighbrohood known for its “Milla de Oro” shopping streets, which are minutes away from your doorstep. In the heart of the district, you are surrounded by delicious restaurants, plenty of shops, and public transportation.
What we liked the most
- There is AC in the living room.
- You can eat at the breakfast bar or in front of the TV.
- The en-suite bathroom has a large bathtub and under-sink storage.
- The apartment is in one Madrid's nicest neighborhoods.
