A beautiful 60 m² 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Argüelles. It has a large living room with terracotta tiled floors, a dining table, a practical kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a sumptuous wooden bathroom with his and hers sinks.
Argüelles is one of Madrid's most desirable neighborhoods, and for good reason—it is conveniently located for both the city center and universities, there are lot of excellent bars and places to eat, and there is plenty of green space nearby.
What we liked the most
- We love the his and hers sinks in the bathroom.
- As it is an interior apartment, it is very quiet.
- Argüelles is a fantastic neighbourhood. You are close to shopping on Calle Princesa, lots of great bars and places to eat, and there is superb transport.
