Junto a la estación de Atocha con acceso al transporte público hasta el aeropuerto (metro, bus y cercanías) y parada de taxi junto al portal. Perfecto para dos personas o una pareja y un amigo/a. El apartamento es exterior con calefacción y aire acondicionado. Tiene dos dormitorios, salón comedor, un baño completo y cocina equipada. Está en un edificio protegido tipo “corrala” característico de Madrid con ascensor Y vídeo vigilancia. Se puede ir andando al centro hay supermercados, gimnasio, bancos, restaurantes…

This apartment is situated on Paseo de las Delicias, one of Madrid's main streets in the south-east. You'll be living very close to the vibrant, cultural Lavapiés neighbourhood, and the Retiro Park is also a short distance away. Atocha Cercanias rail station is less than 10 minutes away, from here you can access many different cities in Spain.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment is bright, modern and decorated with interesting furniture.
