Charming duplex 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment for rent in La Latina. Along with beautiful furniture and luminous rooms, the apartment features an air conditioning system in the bedroom as well as the main living area. Plenty of storage space is provided and tenants can enjoy a picturesque view of Madrid's rooftops.
La Latina is one of the liveliest areas of the city – the apartment is next to Mercado de la Cebada and close to La Latina metro station. Puerta de Sol, Plaza Mayor, and the iconic Palacio Real are all just a 15-minute walk away. This area is also home to several cafes, restaurants and smaller parks.
What we liked the most
- To suit those on a budget, all bills are included in the rent.
- The large mirror in the living room makes the apartment even more spacious.
- A washing machine and a dryer are available in the apartment.
- Air conditioning is provided in the bedroom.
- Mercado de la Cebada is just seconds away.
