Beautifully furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom exterior apartment for rent in Chueca, close to Malasaña. The wood furniture, skylight, spiral staircase and a fantastic attic bedroom create a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for couples or professionals. The apartment features plenty of storage space, including several built-in wardrobes and cupboards.

The location could not be more ideal. Along with a metro station just a short walk away, you will live close to some of Madrid's best coffee shops, restaurants, and nightclubs. You can find anything you need on Calle de Hortaleza or Calle de Fuencarral and the shopping street Gran Via is a 5-minute walk away.

What we liked the most

  • You will live close to the popular area of Malasaña.
  • Chueca metro station is just a short walk away.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with an oven.
  • We love the wooden beam ceiling with skylight.
  • The apartment has air conditioning – perfect for Madrid's hot summers.
