A stylish, 44m2, 1 bedroom apartment is available for rent with A/C in the neighbourhood of Moncloa. The Complutense and Polytechnic Universities are close to the apartment so it is ideal for students. The property features a comfortable living room with a sofa on which tenants can relax whilst watching the flat-screen TV. The bedroom area features twin beds that can be put together to make a double bed. This student centric area is filled with shops, bars, restaurants and cafés to suit all tastes and budgets!
What we liked the most
- Air conditioning units are installed in the property so tenants will be comfortable during summer.
- The apartment is bright as it has large windows that let in plenty of natural sunlight.
- The department store El Corte Ingles is close to the apartment.
- The bedroom is interior so tenants will not be disturbed by street noise.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is not furnished with an oven but it has a fully functioning electric stove and a microwave.
