Tiene calefacción de gas natural, aire acondicionado, tendedero y suelos de tarima flotante.
La zona es muy comercial de todo tipo: escuela, bares, bancos, parques e instalaciones deportivas, tiene un gran patrimonio cultural (museos) y un Jardín Botánico.
Excelentemente comunicado con bus, metro y Trenes de cercanía.
