Cancellation policy
Respect the rights of the accommodation provider by: 1-Not damaging the premises and communal areas of the building, attention needed when arriving and leaving the property, while handling luggage, please pay attention avoiding not to scratch the walls 2-Using the room for one person use only 3-Maintaining own bedroom in a reasonably clean and orderly state 4-Removed shoes inside the property 5-Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm 6-For longer than a week stay, to allow access to the cleaner. 7-Not cause blockage or obstruction to the drains and pipes gutters. 8-Switch off the lights when leaving the room and any common areas 9-Switch off any item in stand by when not in the room. 10-Keep kitchen, living room and dining area clean after use. 11-. There are two other people sharing the property 12- 24 hours hot water, central heating daily. 13-Take care of linen and towels provided. 14-Eating in the room is not allowed 15- Garbage of the room needs to be take it out of the room and out of the building on Monday and Thursday evening for collection. 16-Do not slam the doors while entering and leaving the room and the property 17- Hold the handle of the door to open and close the doors in the room and the property 18- washing machine is allow to use, time sensitive 9am - 20pm
