This ground-floor apartment, accessible with just a few steps, features one bedroom and one bathroom, accommodating up to three guests. The bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a large mirror, and a retro wooden wardrobe, providing both comfort and style. The living room offers a double sofa bed, a stylish orange sofa, and dark green walls adorned with artistic decor, along with a smart TV for your entertainment.

The beautifully dark green tiled kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including an induction hob, making it easy to prepare your meals. Enjoy your dining experience at the intimate table for two. The black-and-white bathroom features an enclosed shower, adding a touch of elegance to your stay. Step outside to the shared garden space, furnished with outdoor furniture, perfect for a relaxing moment in the fresh air.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
