Located in Marquês do Pombal, this home offers easy access to a variety of transports, such as the metro Marquês de Pombal (yellow and blue line). Pharmacies, supermarkets and universities are conveniently located nearby, making everyday life more convenient.

The house itself is spacious and well equipped, with 10 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 of them private). The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking meals. All bills are included up to 30 euros. Pillows, duvet and bed sheets are not provided.

How does our Reservation Process work:

Once your room is booked here, you will receive an email from the landlord requesting the necessary documents to prepare the contract. You must then proceed with paying the last rent, deposit and entry fee directly to the landlord. Your check-in is authorized ONLY 24h after this payment is confirmed in our bank account and the contract is signed.

Our check-ins are from Monday to Saturday from 4pm until 7:30pm. No check-ins on Sundays and bank holidays.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
