Spotahome's opinion

This spacious 4-bedroom apartment with rooms to rent on Rua Actor Isidoro is located on the 2nd floor. The entrance door opens directly into the combined living and dining room. This comfy area is furnished with a dining table, sofa and TV. The corridor, which has wood floors, leads to the large shared bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom has a window, as well as a tub. The kitchen is also very large. It’s fully equipped, has a table with chairs, gas stove and a washing machine.

The Areeiro neighborhood is a half hour north of the city center. It’s an area with lots of green space. Fonte Luminosa is close to your new home. Bela Vista Park is a great spot to picnic with friends on the weekend. It’s also a half hour walk away. Areeiro is popular among students. The Instituto Superior Técnico is 10 minutes away. You’ll find plenty of restaurants and bars close to your new home, and there is a grocery store just 5 minutes down the street.
