- Once a week to clean all common areas: €20 per room/ month;
- Twice a week to clean all common areas: €30 per room/ month;
- If NONE of the residents wants to have the cleaning service: it will not be provided;
- Check-out cleaning fee may be applied (50€) if the room is not found in the same conditions as presented at check-in)
