Very bright and sunny flat with river views in a quiet, clean and well-maintained building. Newly renovated with new furniture. Each room has a balcony! High-speed internet and all costs included! Fully equipped kitchen also with a balcony with stunning views.
Weekly cleaning of common areas by a professional team is also included in a price.
There is a communal living room with a TV and sofa. HBO Max and Amazon Prime subscriptions running on the TV.
Short walk from the ferry to Lisbon which takes you straight downtown to Cais do Sodre. Close to Almada metro to the University.
