É um T-um muito agradável, acede-se pelo jardim e tem um alpendre privado além de um jardim na frente e lateral da casa. A zona é muito sossegada e segura, fica perto da praia (oito minutos a pé) e zonas de lazer. É equidistante das estações de comboio de S Pedro e S João do Estoril (seis minutos). Há também comércio diverso e supermercados a curta distância, sem ser preciso recorrer a carro. Há a possibilidade de estacionamento gratuito ou na rua ou dentro do jardim.
