Grande e moderno apartamento. Último piso. Elevador e garagem. Local sossegado, com trânsito praticamente só para moradores. Grande jardim, com relva e parque infantil. Apartamento todo mobilado e decorado. Janelas amplas em todas divisões. Sala de estar toda envidraçada com vista larga para o infinito, com mar, campo, etc. Perto do Vale do Jamor, com diversos equipamentos desportivos grátis, pistas para passeio junto ao rio Jamor e à beira-mar. Também perto do Parque dos Poetas, com jardins, passeios, estátuas dos principais poetas portugueses e extratos de suas poesias. Entre Lisboa e Cascais; a cerca de quinze minutos de cada.
