This is a beautiful ground floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Rua Gonçalves Crespo, Lisboa. Enjoy a huge shared patio, and a cosy space full of natural light.
We think this apartment is ideal for lovers of the outdoors, either on the patio or beach. Smokers? You can indulge out on the patio. Pet owners? You're welcome to bring your furry friends.
What we liked the most

- Walking to school— this is just within 30-minute walk from Nova School of Business and Economics. Or 15-minutes by public transportation. Convenient.
Things to keep in mind
- There isn't any A/C installed in this apartment. You may want to buy a fan for the summer months.
- The landlady can add a desk, sofa bed, and chest of drawers if required. She can also lend you a bike to explore the area.
