What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Very cozy and comfortable apartment, close to the Parlement and ISEG. It has a bedroom with a large double bed, TV, wifi, equipped kitchen, toaster, coffee machine, oven, microwave, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc. The neighborhood is very beautiful and quiet, it has restaurants, pastry shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, Jardim da Estrela, all walking distance Fast Wifi included in price.

This is a cozy 2nd-floor apartment, with 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom on Rua Lapa in Lisbon. There is a lovely living room with a sofa and TV, a compact kitchen, and a bright bedroom.

It's perfect for a couple who want to be close to all the essentials as well as the waterfront. Whether you like hitting up a bar on a Saturday or heading to a quiet museum, you'll find what you're looking for around here.

But you need to know this...

  • There's no elevator, but the walk up to the 2nd floor everyday will save you a gym membership!
