If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

- The deposit must be paid before or during check-in, either by cash or bank transfer;

- Stays over 2 months: last month's rent is payable in advance;
- Check-out cleaning fee: between €30 and €160 (depending on the size of the apartment)
