- If you don't want to pay a Security Deposit, you need to share your documentation with us (proof of housing, income, etc.)
IMPORTANT: There is no Security Deposit if you share all the documents asked by our Spotahome Team within 48 hours and if validated. If not the Landlord can suggest you to cancel the booking or to pay a 1 Month Security Deposit.
