Refurbished, it is located at the last floor of a modern secure and equipped with an elevator residence built in the early 2010s. This apartment is composed of 11 rooms, as follows: on the first floor, you will find a 12 m² kitchen, a bathroom of more than 2 m², an independent toilet, and 4 bedrooms between 12 m² and 15 m².
