This is a two bedroom apartment located on the second floor consisting of a 2 independent bedrooms with shared kitchen and 2 private en-suite bathrooms.
Description: The apartment is made of a common area with sink and kitchen annex (microwave and all kitchen tools, hair straightener, hair dryer), bedroom with private bathroom en-suite (fridge with freezer, TV), bedroom with private bathroom en-suite (fridge with freezer, TV).
The places are located in ul. Topolowa 24, a very central area very close to both Lubicz street and Rondo Mogilskie. The place is very close as well to the Old Town. The building is historical and very pretty. There is a very spacious backyard where the tenants can leave the bicycles
The apartment is equipped with 5 single beds (a double bed is available upon previous request), TV in each bedroom, wardrobe, armchairs, tables and chairs and 2 fridges.
The tenants can request to watch all the FOOTBALL matches of the main European leagues (Serie A, La Liga, Bundesliga, Premier League, League 1) and the Champions League by signing up for a very cheap monthly subscription.
A NetFlix platform is also available for the tenants upon previous request.
The tenants can get a PlayStation (only if still available and upon previous request).
EXTRA SERVICE FOR TENANTS
There is a laundry service (wash and dry) available for the tenants (please inform the Lessor previously).
RELOCATION service
The Lessor can help the tenants with the paperwork and bureaucracy needed in order to obtain the PESEL number, temporary residence, application for a VISA and much more.

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
