The cozy XL studios have approx. 30 sq m and offer you a comfortable queensize bed. The room has a nice living and sleeping area as well as a kitchenette and is even fully equipped with a flatscreen-TV, dishwasher, microwave oven, etc.

A veritable bonus for temporary living on Aussenalster in Hamburg is definitely the proximity to the water. You can stroll around the lake and the river Alster or pursue water sports activities such as canoeing, sailing or water skiing.

The area around Aussenalster enchants with a very exquisite charm. Stylish dwellings, imposing villas and a well-kept cityscape provide for an upscale feel-good environment and make this district of Hamburg particularly attractive.

After work, you will find many good cafes and restaurants on Aussenalster, where you can have a drink with your acquaintances or have a superb dinner with your business friends. For those for whom sport is on the agenda instead, the surroundings of the lake offer plenty of sports facilities such as fitness trails and extensive bank-side tracks.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
