Bonito apartamento de un dormitorio con salón cocina totalmente individual cuarto de baño y dormitorio con cama de matrimonio todo esto de uso privativo para una sola persona. Está situado en Gran Vía de Colón dentro de un piso de cuatrocientos metros compartido por varios estudios lo único que tendrá que compartir con compañeros será la lavadora que estará fuera del apartamento en una zona común.

A cosy 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Granada Centre. Although in a busy location, this property is an interior property, so you get all the benefits of living in the centre without all the noise from the street. The living room is cosy and furnishing with a 2-seater sofa, which is great for lazy nights infront of the television. This apartment is perfect and affordable for 1 person, as it has all the appropriate storage space. The shared kitchen is relatively modern and is fully equipped, ready and waiting for you.

The property is on Calle Gran Vía right in the hard of Granada. Being so central, it is easy to get everywhere on foot. However there is also multiple bus routes that pass through this busy street, so if you are feeling lazy or need to travel further out there are a lot of options. In the surrounding area there is everything you need; a bank, supermarket, lots of bars and restaurants, so you'll never be bored here.

What we liked the most

  • The location is great, meaning you can travel around Granada mostly on foot.
  • Although really central, this apartment is interior so it doesn't get all the noise from the busy street.
  • There is a dishwasher, so you won't have to worry about cleaning your own dirty dishes.
  • Bills are included for an additional €50.

Things to keep in mind

  • The bedroom is quite dark.
  • The kitchen is shared with other rooms.
