Our private apartments come fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable daily life, such as a bed with a premium mattress with bedsheets, pillows, and duvets, a large wardrobe, table, and chair for work with a lamp. Each flat has a spacious bathroom, and a fully equipped modern kitchenette with everything from pans to a coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

The up-and-coming Ostend area is home to the Frankfurt Zoo, Fritz Rémond Theater, and the green Hafenpark and Ostpark. You can easily reach the city center by bike in 10 minutes. The European Central Bank (EZB) is within walking distance, with other major banks such as Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, and Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen located within 30 minutes by public transport from the Frankfurt Main (Ost) station. At the doorstep of the building, you will find great bars, restaurants, and fitness studios FitSevenEleven and FitnessFirst, making living at Ostparkstraße 45 the ideal place for both work and leisureAdditional charges:City tax - 2€ per day applicable to students and tourists

Why do I need these documents?

Landlord policies

Please notice: COUPLES Bedrooms with private bathroom (only): allowed for an extra monthly amount of 20€ (ONLY FOR MADRID AND LISBON). Check among the features of the bedrooms!

For studios and entire flats: always allowed with no extra costs.

Although the type of contract is fortnightly, please notice that (as only exception) in December contracts can only end on 31/12.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
