Quadrilatero della Moda
Shopping for the superstars

Overview
Quadrilatero della Moda may be the most famous fashion district in the world.

Walk its streets and you'll see why. Get ready to meet Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Jimmy Choo, Paul Smith and Hugo Boss on your travels!

If you haven't guessed already, shopping is the most popular hobby here. You shouldn't fear the price tags, though. Most people here come to look - and dream - without emptying their pockets.

But, Quadrilatero della Moda isn't only a labels game. The district is well known for its love of history and culture.

There are museums, theatres and popular hangouts nearby - so grab a coffee and pick up some knowledge!

And don't forget that Centro is only 10 minutes away from the city centre. So if you do get bored, you're not far from the real world.

Italians call it The Golden Rectangle. And it's waiting for you.

What can I do here?
Quadrilatero della Moda gets its name from the square formed by its 4 main streets. Let’s go shopping on each of them!

First up, Via Montenapoleone. It's home to Armani, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Versace. You can also take the metro here.

Second, Via della Spiga. It's for pedestrians only. Come here for Dolce & Gabbana, Tiffany's and Prada.

Via Manzoni has the flagship stores for Paul Smith and MaryLing. And for an extra helping of culture, Museo Poldi Pezzoli will give you your fill of weapons and jewelry!

Last but not least, we have Corso Venezia. Here's where you'll find the natural history museum. It's in Indro Montanelli gardens, a few minutes' walk away from the Quadrilatero. It's well worth a visit.

Gentlemen - if you want a spruce up, try out Dolce & Gabbana's traditional barbershop. Get a shave from a barber and his trusty razor.

But don't forget the inner streets of the square! You'll find plenty more boutiques and cafes to fill your time.

When dinner time comes around, our pick is Bice (Bee-Chay). It is one of the most popular and traditional restaurants in the area, and it opened in 1926!

But if you want to round out your day with a literal taste of the high life, Trussardi alla Scala is a restaurant with 2 Michelin stars. That makes it one of the best restaurants in the world!

Chanel Fact:
Such is the quality of high culture here, Chanel’s store in the Quadrilatero has a rating of 4.0 on Google. Chanel. 4 stars? Only? Coco has lost her way, clearly…
