The area is awesome if you’re a student. Home to a large university campus, a peaceful park where you can study on the weekend, and the rents are affordable.
But you won’t love this...
London City Airport is in Beckton, if you live very close it could get noisy.
How do I get Around
The DLR is the main form of transport here but you’ll find several bus stops too.

Do you like a walk in the park followed by a tasty cup of tea or coffee? Well you’ll have plenty of places for this close by.

There’s a popular and very well equipped fitness center and Dynamics Health Club. Machines, weights, swimming pools, relaxation, cafés and much, much more.

What can I do here?...
Check the schedule and head over to the ExCel Center. Some weekends it’s the X-factor auditions and sometimes it’s comic-con. Whatever you’re cup of tea, you’ll find an event that suits you here.

Well, as we mentioned, the city airport is in Beckton. You could be on Ibiza within a few hours. Or Antwerp within just one. Why not hop on a flight to sunny Malaga?
