Hear ye, Hear ye, calling all golfers!
There are 22 ( that's right, 22!) golf societies and multiple golf clubs. You’ll feel like you have died and gone to golf heaven. If you like golf, that is.
There are also 5 local swimmings pools. 5! This all seems a bit excessive. But the more the merrier (or the wrinklier), that’s what we say.
But you won’t love this...
If you want to storm the party, hit the rave, and claim the night, and you want all that on your doorstep, then look elsewhere.
But first consider this:
The city centre is a mere 15-minute drive or a 30-minute bus ride away... You can hit the party, head home, and wake up to peace and quiet.
Easy.
Will I like living here?...
This is an established neighbourhood with pretty houses, cosy pubs, and great transport connections.
You also have numerous sports facilities, great schools, and plenty of supermarkets. It’s the perfect place for families to settle down.
It’s also a great place for young guns in search of a friendly community.
And with the city centre a stone’s throw away, what could be better?

The Goblet pub is the place to be. Live music. Pub grub. Perfect pints. This will become your favourite local pretty quickly.
To quote the Irish poet Brendan Behan, “I only take a drink on two occasions – when I’m thirsty and when I’m not.”
