Friedrichshain apartments for rent

Friedrichshain
Because I like the night.
You’ll love this...
Young Berliners flock to Friedrichshain. It has the highest concentration of 18–26 year olds in the city.
It’s one of the newer areas in the city. You’ll get a good dose of History at The East Side Gallery though, including the longest remaining section of the Berlin wall.
Will I like living here?...
Ja.
It’s the coolest Kiez East of the Spree. It’s artistic and alternative. An endearing mash-up of progressive style and old-world charm.
Eat and drink til’ your belly is full along Simon-Dach-Straße. Party in unmarked clubs (if you can find one). Drink frothy beerverages in crafty Kneipes (pubs). Need a market? Boxhagener Platz for a good old Farmers and Flea.
Must see:
RAW-Gelände is a little slice of Berlin’s now elusive subculture. Derelict buildings have been repurposed into a graffiti covered cultural centre with clubs, bars, and a skatepark.
And if you’re bored...
Berghain Nightclub: Former power plant turned nightclub. It’s notoriously difficult to get in. Do you know a guy that knows a guy that worked as a bouncer?
Google rating: 3.9/5
And this Google review nails it:
“Of course I was rejected at the door. I don't think that the people in the queue liked techno more than I do, yet they got to enjoy it and I did not.” – Life. It just ain’t fair.
Anything else?
The popularity of this spot makes it pricey. But, an affordable room can be found. The apartments are often super-cool too. After a cute studio? You probably won’t get change from €1,000. Worth it ... if you can afford it.
And did you know?…
Can’t get into Berghain? Party in the world’s smallest disco. The Teledisko is a phone booth converted into a tiny nightclub. Enter, put in your €2, select a song, and enjoy 3 minutes of intensity, complete with fog machine and disco ball. Berlin, you so crazy.
