Cozy 30 sqm studio apartment with private patio, able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the ground floor (presence of steps) of a period building in good condition. The property is located in the San Frediano district, an extremely quiet and residential area, but at the same time lively and full of services, a few minutes from the center.

If you are traveling by car it is possible to park (for a fee) at the Tiratoio garage, a 3-minute walk away

The studio apartment is organized as follows:

-LIVING / SLEEPING AREA: full-size bed, single sofa bed, wardrobe and dining table.

-KITCHING AREA: 2 electric hotplates, compact refrigerator, microwave, kettle and mocha coffee maker

-PATIO: private with outdoor furniture and umbrella. Note presence of steps

-BATHROOM: shower, washbasin and toilet

FURTHER SERVICES: independent heating with electric radiators, iron, hair dryer

The apartment is located in the historic district of San Frediano, a short distance from the center of Florence but away from mass tourism. The neighborhood is full of life, with cultural events, markets and small craft stores as well as all the main services, such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. The apartment, a few minutes' walk from Florence's historic center, is a 10-minute walk from Piazza di Santo Spirito, one of the city's main meeting places and home to a market, and Palazzo Pitti.
