Very attractive 100 sm apartment located on the ground floor of the Depandance facing the garden of our historical Residenza along the Arno river, just few steps away from Polimoda and Santa Maria Novella.
It consists of entrance, dining room with fully equipped kitchen corner. One twin bedroom in the mezzanine over the dining room, another large twin bedroom with ensuite private bathroom and one double bedroom, sitting area, second bathroom with shower.
Furnished outdoor garden in common with few other apartments
