Comodo per la spesa il supermercato e tutte le mattine il mercato all'aperto in piazza delle cure. l'appartamento è di fine ottocento con pavimenti in parte originali e soffitti affrescati. gli affacci sono sulla via principale e sui giardini interni . vicinanza ai poli universitari EUI di Fiesole.
