This fully furnished apartment is located in the loft of the converted St. Kevin's church. With its high vaulted ceiling, original floors and dramatic arched window, this is a truly unique space. It comes complete with Apple TV (subscriptions to Netflix, Apple TV/Music, MUBI all included), a brand new washer dryer, nespresso machine, and all the rest you might need to move in and start living straight away. 

It is within a 10-minute walk of Dublin city centre. Portobello is among the most fashionable districts in Dublin with it's village feel in easy walking distance of the city centre. The promenade along the Grand Canal and an array of top pubs, restaurants and cafes in the immediate area.

The apartment is on the second floor and includes an entrance hall, an open plan living room and kitchen area, a bedroom and a bathroom and exhibits many of its original features dating from 1883 designed by 19th century Irish architect Thomas Drew.
