The complex is very secure with an intercom system, CCTV, secure gates, lift, communal garden, and secure underground parking. The complex is also serviced clean weekly.

1) Your landlord lady lives on the property.
2)Deposit must be paid on the day of arrival by cash only.
3)Other rent payments must be paid by bank transfer.
4) House Rules must be followed and is part of the contract, continuous breach of House rules will incur some penalties which will affect the deposit.
5). Incase of early departure, one month rental is minimum should tenant decide to leave within this time the deposit will be affected.
