Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.

Before you book, meet Cliodhna, your live-in landlady. And before you ask, it is pronounced “Klee-uh-nuh”. It’s a historical Gaelic name, and it’s awesome.
Cliodhna is a primary school teacher and she lives here with her husband (a journalist), and their children (who are in school during the day).
Cliodhna describes herself as an early bird. She’s a non-smoker and says that hers is a fun household.
