The rooms to rent in this 4-bedroom house on Parkside Mews, near Malahide Road, are perfect for female. Walking through the front door is a hallway leading to the shared living room, furnished with a big TV, 2 sofas and other homely furnishings. There is also a toilet room on the ground floor, and a combined kitchen and dining room. Just to the side of the spacious and fully-equipped kitchen is a laundry room. The dining area has a 6-seat table and another 2-seat table. Better still, this part of the house leads to a gorgeous furnished garden patio. There is also a staircase in the hall, which leads to the bedrooms, as well as to the lovely bathroom with a shower stall and bathtub.

Balgriffin is a quiet residential neighborhood, which makes it an ideal location for the study-minded. If you have a car, it’s only a 15-minute drive from the Dublin City University as well as beaches at Malahide, Portmarnock and Howth. If not, public transportation will get you there in 30. When you aren’t studying, you can enjoy the nearby Father Collins Park or go shopping at the ClaireHall Centre, just 18 minutes away. There is a Eurospar grocery store within a 12-minute walk, and also a bank, pharmacy, a café, some restaurants, and a yoga centre in that general vicinity

  • Clongriffin railway station is a 22-minute walk or 10-minute taxi ride away. There are four different rail services you can use at the station, depending on where you want to go.
  • There are bus stops for lines 15, 15A and 27 no moire than a 6-minute walk from the property.
