There is a room available to rent in a 4-bedroom shared house in Finglas, Dublin. This is a family home and the landlady would like a quiet tenant.
The house is beautifully decorated throughout with lovely furnishings that give this house a real cosy character. The kitchen, living room and dining room are in a large open space and even opens up into a second living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. The dining room and living room both have lots of seating space, a perfect place to relax when the landlady is not using it. There is a utility room, designated for laundry and storage of household products, complete with a dryer, so you can have your clothes clean and ready in no time at all.
This property is located on Cardiffsbridge Road in Dublin's Finglas district. This location is great for commuters and postgraduate students. There are 2 bus services that can take you directly to either the centre or University within half an hour. The surrounding area is very residential, so great if you don't fancy living in the centre of a busy city.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.

Before you book, let’s meet Elsie. She’ll be your landlady, and you’ll be sharing the property with her and her son.
Elsie says her family is quite private. She prefers peace and quiet, a professional relationship between tenant and landlord and, of course, a tidy and respectful tenant.
She has a dog, but he lives outside, not in the actual building.
One rule to rule them all:
The kitchen will be available until 6pm every day.
Finally, Elsie wants to know a little bit about you. When you make your booking request, be sure to introduce yourself, talk about your hobbies and interests, and explain what your plans are while staying in Dublin. Have fun!
