Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.

Before you book, let’s meet Sharon. She will be your landlady.
Sharon lives on the property with her children and pets (including a dog). She works from home, and is an “outdoorsy” type – that means walking in the countryside and long bike rides.
What does she expect from her perfect tenant?
Another explorer; the type of person who prefers leaving the house to staying in… but who still frees up some time for watching TV at night.
But when you’re at home, Sharon has the same rules as all of us:
Tidy up after yourself, show respect to the property and the family, and try not to come back home at 3am.
And one final thing:
When it comes to booking the property, please tell Sharon about yourself. Introduce yourself, talk about your hobbies, and your plans while you’re staying in Dublin. It will help her to better understand you and your needs.
