Spotahome's opinion

There is one room with a double bed for rent in this beautiful two bedroom house located only 25 min bus ride from Dublin city centre. The bus stop is very close to the house (3 minutes walk) and there are shops and supermarkets nearby too. The house is ideally situated between Dublin city centre and the seaside. The house itself is modern and cosy, surrounded by a lovely garden. You will be sharing the communal areas with the live-in landlady.

What we liked the most

  • The house has a large green garden which is visible from many of the windows in the house which will be ideal for barbecues in the summer!
  • The bedroom is very bright and has plenty of storage space in the chest of drawers and large wardrobe.
  • The communal living room is very cosy with a sofa and chair, a fireplace and dining table.
  • The kitchen is fully furnished and modern and you can enjoy a lovely view of the green garden while you cook.

Things to keep in mind

  • Please note that the dryer is only for emergency use and tenants must dry their clothes outside in the patio or living room.

How to book

Flatmates

  • You will be living with the landlady who is a polite and friendly Irish woman. She invited the tenant to help themselves to the coffee, tea, milk and fruit in the kitchen.
