Very bright and Spacious living-dining room with television, a perfect space to spent your evenings, relax, study or have a meal together with your flatmates. Two complete bathrooms one with shower and one with a totally new bathtub, 4 comfortable and modern rooms with all students essentials.Spectacular place to live in very quiet area close to everything you need for your daily life:, supermarkets, entertainment, tourist attractions, theatres, gyms.Only one minute from the Victoria gardens, 7 min walk from train and bus station, 5 min walk from University of Cordoba and old veterinary faculty.
