Spotahome's opinion

3-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a fully modernised townhouse. The townhouse is shared with another LifeX apartment, Signe II, which is on the 1st and 2nd floor. The building is located in a calm backyard away from street noice. There is a shared kitchen with dining area and a shared bathroom with separate shower niche, toilet and washer/dryer. 

Up and coming area on Amager with all the  supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants and specialty stores that you need on Amagerbrogade within a stonethrow from the apartment. In summer you only have a short bike drive to Amager Beachpark where you can join thousands of Copenhageners who enjoy the lovely clean water and white sands on the beach.

After the landlord has accepted your booking request, they will send you an invitation to book a call within 1-2 days to discuss the next steps. After the call, you will be able to sign the rental contract digitally and securely. Please be aware that the booking is only complete after the rental contract has been signed and the first payment has been made.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
