Spotahome's opinion

This modern apartment has beautiful wooden floors and large double glass windows and central heating. There are 4 bedrooms, an open kitchen with dining area and a lounge area with TV.  There is 1 shared bathroom with a laundry machine and dryer.  

From the kitchen / livingroom you have access to the 2 large shared balconies and the building has a green backyard with tables and benches. 50 meters from the backyard, at the water front, there is an event room which can be booked for social events exclusively by the tenants in the building complex. 

Sydhavnen is a neighbourhood just south of the city centre that mixes nature, an architectural boom and authentic harbour-side living. This former fishing area is experiencing an architectural boom and should be your go-to place for waterside experiences. Many buildings in Sydhavnen are directly on the water and the streets are set up around many different canals that are connected, giving you the feeling you are in the modern version of Venice. Renting a stand-up paddleboard or a canoe and sailing the canals is a popular activity in Sluseholmen. There is also a harbour bath including a sauna during the winter months. In the last years, Sydhavnen has become booming and new cafes and restaurants have popped up, making it practically unnecessary to leave the area.

If you would like to reserve this accommodation, you can make a booking request. After the landlord has accepted your booking request, they will send you an invitation to book a call within 1-2 days to discuss the next steps. After the call, you will be able to sign the rental contract digitally and securely. Please be aware that the booking is only complete after the rental contract has been signed and the first payment has been made.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
