The space:
The apartment of 42 sqm is located on the third floor of a building without elevator (stairs to access it).
The space is organized as follows:
OPEN KITCHEN with induction hob, refrigerator, moka, kettle, microwave oven, cooking utensils, wine glasses and dining table;
BEDROOM with double bed, single sofa bed, wardrobe, desk, TV, split A/C and access to the balcony;
BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and wc;
BALCONY with table and chairs.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning via split (ONLY in the bedroom), hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
- All guests' identity documents must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law. It is mandatory to sign a short lease contract that involves administrative costs between 50 € and 150 €: the guest will be informed of these expenses at the time of conclusion of the contract
